We check our orders for gifts every 15 minutes, so as soon as we receive your order we leap into action to make your baby gift special and unique. We take our time putting your gift together, making sure no mistakes are made; we even check the postcode you supply with the Royal Mail database. We make up one baby gift at a time and give a 100% to that gift!

Finally before we send your baby gift or gift for new parent we double check the delivery address is correct, the message on card is correct, and most importantly the gift is correct and looking beautiful.

If we have any questions about your order we will contact you by phone or e-mail (so it is important to leave a contact number or e-mail address when you order).

That's not all! On the delivery date of your gift we track it's progress with our special delivery service contacts until your gift has been delivered safely. Plus if you like we'll call or e-mail you when your baby gift has arrived safely at your chosen address.
